Manchester City defeated Southampton by 2-1

Another Raheem Sterling late show snatched all three points for Manchester City in a spicy game at the Etihad as they beat Southampton 2-1.
Manchester City went into the game against Southampton on Wednesday, November 29 knowing only a victory will make them maintain their eight points lead over Manchester United

But the second half started on a good note for City, De Bruyne's cross in is a good one and curls towards the near post, where Van Dijk sticks out a foot and ends up knocking the ball into the back of his own net.
Southampton equalized in the 70th minute Oriol Romeu was pocket of space, and he's easily able to blast a great strike past Ederson and into the back of the net.
